Three Monkeys — Wood-Fired Pizza & Bar

This project is the clearest demonstration of what One Company. Every Solution. means in practice: we took responsibility for the concept design, demolition of the existing space, structural work, electrical and plumbing services, fit-out and shopfront signage.

At its heart sits a wood-fired pizza oven and a full stainless commercial kitchen with a purpose-designed extraction and ventilation system. The front of house is a timber bar with backlit bottle display that carries the atmosphere after dark, while the rear opens onto the pool, a timber-framed lounge pavilion and a billiard room — an entertaining space that works right through the day.
