Roof Leak Repair & Waterproofing

Most roof leaks do not originate where the water drips through, so we start by tracing the actual source on the roof itself — ridge caps, the junction between roof and wall, and the hip lines that crack with age.

Repairs use flexible sealants and waterproofing that move with the tiles as they expand in the heat, rather than plain mortar that simply cracks again within months. Cracked tiles are replaced and the roof frame is checked for rot caused by accumulated damp.
