Loft Bathrooms & Sanitary Works

This was a complete new bathroom build for a commercial property, beginning with breaking out the existing slab, trenching the clean-water and waste runs and installing the septic and grease traps before pouring new floors and building the walls.

The finish is loft-style bare cement with a waterproof sealer — easy to maintain and free of grout lines that collect staining. Wall-hung sanitaryware keeps the floor clear for cleaning, with hinged doors and ventilation openings above.
